Are your organizational documentns a mess? It is not at all uncommon for a client to come to us with very few of the initial documents in order, as perhaps annual minutes have never been done. Our flat-charge "clean up" service includes:
- Detailed review of all entity documents
- Written game plan to "clean up" the entity
- All documents, amendments, and steps necessary to get the corporate house in order.
And once we have "cleaned up" the entity, we will automatically enroll it in our Entity Management service, so all future requirements will be proactively handled.
